Aliana is a new master planned community in Sugar Land, TX
2000-acre master-planned community located in Fort Bend County off the Grand Parkway, north of Highway 90. The future community center will feature a 300,000-gallon pool with splash park and a separate lap pool, as well as a tennis court. A Tuscan-style residents-only clubhouse will feature an exercise room, play areas and party areas.
